Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

We offer refunds if you meet the following:

(1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive it, using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives.

(2) Email us at lowriemel62@gmail.com Your Name, Order Number, and any information regarding your reason(s) for requesting a refund.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once we have completed our internal review, we will process your refund. Issuing of refunds may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.

Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

 Returned to Sender

If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you if you provide us a verifiable address. You will need to pay the shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, excluding the original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted.

Order Cancellation for Print on Demand

If you order a Print on Demand Product, that product will be designed per your specifications at the time that they order. Therefore, any modification must be done no later that 12 hours after purchase. 

Clearance Items

Items sold on clearance are sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. These items are "good" and "useable."

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. After that period, we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is the shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
