HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-5 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
As soon the order is processed, you will receive tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 7-15 days for delivery unless the item is in our physical store.
If your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at lowriemel62@gmail.com and we will provide you with an update. Be sure that you provided your correct mailing address for delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and/or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap. You must notify us of any issue with your order immediately upon receipt.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
Please be reminded that all returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. CartHop reserves the right to refuse returns that have passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
